Piacentina (pronounced Pia-chen-tina), has been Ferrari's house blend since the beginning of time! Founder Vittorio Ferrari was from the Italian region of “Piacenza” hence the name “Piacentina” was born. This House Blend has consistent bold flavours and a rich crema. It has unique character and taste as it blends coffee from six different origins. Coffee from each origin is hand roasted on Italian drum roasters then blended post roast, allowing the individual flavours to develop, creating a truly unique and delicious cup of coffee.
